Leads Supply Chain Management org unit
- Manages and supervises the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Supply Chain Management
- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Supply Chain Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Supply Chain Management on Production facility level
- Customer Demand planning
- Procurement
- Warehouse Management
Qualifications
• Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field
• Language: English C1 & French C1
• Experience : Min 7 years Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position
