Job Description

- Manages and supervises the Production Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Engineering
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Production Engineering on plant level
- Directs the execution of activities for Plant Engineering (all product types), Production Engineering activities in projects and the implementation of the production concept
- Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organization
- Ensures the support and implementation of product, process optimizations and VAVE coordination

Qualifications

Education : University degree 

Experience : Min 7 years of experience in  engineering or related position  with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position

Languages : Fluent Frensh and English
