This includes the Bank’s digital and payments products and its lending offer, where marketing is central to adoption.

  • Corporate communications and reputation: Run internal and external communications. Lead media relations, public affairs and crisis communications to protect the Bank’s reputation. Keep communication with staff, regulators, partners and the public clear, consistent and timely. Position the client as a credible voice in financial inclusion.

  • Digital marketing and performance: Build a data-driven digital marketing capability with clear measures across lead generation, conversion and customer value. Use analytics to improve campaigns and return on spend and support the Bank’s wider digital agenda.

  • Team and budget: Build and lead a high-performing team. Organise the function to fit the Bank’s needs. Manage the marketing budget with discipline, for impact and efficiency. Work closely across business units to align and execute.
