Specialist Invoice Verification (m/f/d)

Job Description

In this role, you will: 

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels against supplier invoices and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and analyze discrepancy reports, identifying stock variances and shortages within the ERP system (AWS).
• Utilize AWS and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to perform data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to support operational efficiency and resolve inventory-related issues

Qualifications

Our expectations: 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems as well as MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and implement effective solutions
• Conscientious, reliable, and efficient working style
• Independent, well-organized, and transparent approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Fluent in Russian and intermediate level of English
