As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides an exceptional experience for attendees

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Welcome and register guests upon arrival, providing information and answering questions.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules and safety regulations.
• Support logistics by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other staff members.
• Distribute materials such as programs, badges, and promotional items to attendees.
• Manage crowd control and direct attendees to appropriate locations or sessions.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying.
• Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
