SEO & AI Search Manager

Job Description

Sitting within our Omni function, this role centres on driving organic visibility and discoverability across all our brands.  You will own the search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms, with ultimate responsibility for growing traffic, engagement and conversion by delivering technical SEO, content optimisation and AI search readiness initiatives.

Working closely with Product, Marketing and Content teams, you will ensure TWG content and digital experiences are structured and optimised for wherever customers search.

Core responsibilities will see you:

• Deliver the SEO and AI Search strategy across all TWG brands
• Drive growth in organic traffic, revenue and share of search
• Own the SEO roadmap covering technical SEO, content and AI search optimisation
• Lead agency and vendor relationships to deliver measurable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms.
• Partner with internal teams to embed search best practice into content and development processes.
• Monitor search trends, algorithm changes and emerging AI technologies.
• Report on performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

You’re passionate about SEO and its evolving future. You bring strong technical capability, balanced with the ability to influence, collaborate and build great relationships across teams and partners.

Our wish list includes:

• 3+ years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Accuranker, GA4)
• Experience managing SEO agencies and driving performance outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, digital, and product teams
