You lead the planning, optimisation and execution of commercial activities that make IKEA highly relevant, visible and compelling to customers.

Drive and optimise the commercial calendar to maximise store and online visitation
Lead the development of campaigns, events and activities that convert attention into traffic and sales
Identify and unlock commercial opportunities based on customer insights, market trends and performance data
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to activate promotional plans consistently across all channels
Translate business priorities into clear, actionable campaigns with strong customer appeal
Analyse campaign performance, identify key learnings and continuously improve future activities
Follow up on KPIs including visitation, conversion and sales steering, ensuring strong ROI
Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, timely and commercially effective across stores and digital touchpoints
Contribute to a seamless and inspiring customer journey across channels

Your profile

You are a commercially driven marketer with a strong sense of ownership, able to turn insights into actions that deliver results.

Strong commercial mindset with experience in campaign optimization and activity planning
Proven ability to drive traffic, sales and customer engagement through campaigns and promotions
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into clear actions
Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and other teams
Experience in managing promotional campaigns or commercial calendars
Customer-focused, with a good understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
Structured and hands-on, with excellent planning and execution capability
A strong communicator who can influence and align stakeholders
Passionate about home furnishing and creating meaningful customer experiences
