The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Associate Account Director to join our SMB CEE team. You will predominately work with Romanian customers but also over time work with customers from up to 20 countries across CEE. This role is responsible for uncovering net new upsell opportunity, expanding existing accounts, and delivering maximum value through our solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor and while expected to partner with your customers on utilisation and renewal discussions, you will also work proactively identifying and capturing new business opportunities across your book of business.  

Responsibilities: 

Own, drive and manage the renewal process for our SMB customers. This is a high activity role.
Build deep, multi-level relationships within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Align solutions to customer business goals, articulating value to drive retention, renewals, and expansion.
Continuously assess and adapt to customer needs, mitigating risk and maximizing long-term impact.  This includes a deep understanding of industry and market headwinds and tailwinds.
Prospect actively within your book of business, supported by a high volume of calling and structured outreach.
Inform your client CHRO Talent Strategy and support the execution of such strategy through LinkedIn’s expanding product suite
Ensure customers are achieving the full potential of their LinkedIn solution and make such value visible
Develop Multi-Level relationships with customers and create a clear stakeholder map for each client within all lines of business
Drive to early closure and building pipeline while maintaining strong personal relationships with current clients 
Close renewal and growth opportunities consistently at or above quota level 
Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 1+ sales experience
  • Business fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Business fluency in Romanian
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to generate outbound pipeline and close deals at scale
  • Strong grasp of SaaS pricing models, contract terms, and buying behaviour
  • Experience of the recruitment industry
  • Experience working with HR and HR Executives
