As Head of Europe Duty Free at King of Reach, you own the full commercial picture strategy, customer relationships, business development, and execution across airports, border stores, airlines, ferries, and cruise operators. You don't report on results. You create them.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the European Duty Free & Travel Retail strategy aligned with global objectives and drive it forward with urgency and precision.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key travel retail customers and partners; negotiate complex commercial agreements and joint business plans.
- Deliver ambitious revenue, profit, and market share targets across Europe own the P&L and drive distribution expansion across key accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team; foster a culture of accountability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a relentless growth mindset.
- Ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives and promotional programs; champion data-driven decision-making at every level.
Qualifications

You're a high-energy, commercially sharp leader who moves fast and leads from the front. You're resilient, adaptable, and at your best when the environment is complex and the stakes are high. You influence at board level, inspire your team through clarity and ambition, and you're just as comfortable closing a deal as you are mapping a three-year growth plan.
You bring:
- 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in Duty Free, Travel Retail, FMCG, luxury, spirits, beauty, confectionery, or a related sector.
- Proven success leading European Duty Free and Travel Retail businesses.
- Deep understanding of airport retail, travel retail operators, distributors, and key European markets.
- A track record of above-market growth you don't just hit targets, you redefine them.
- P&L ownership experience and a history of leading cross-functional teams with impact.
- Readiness to be in market regularly travel is built into the DNA of this role.
