As Sales Manager Africa, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our presence across the region. You will develop strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts while identifying new growth opportunities in a fast-moving and dynamic market. Your mission? To drive commercial growth and further establish our brands and solutions throughout Africa.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across the African market.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and establish sustainable partnerships.
- Travel regularly throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships and stay ahead of market, consumer, and competitor developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
This is you
You are commercially minded, internationally oriented, and energized by working with different cultures and business environments. You understand how relationships drive business in Africa and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable operating independently, enjoy taking ownership, and see travel as an essential part of building successful partnerships.
You:
- Have a successful track record in sales, account management, or business development within an international B2B environment.
- Are fluent in English (required); French and Arabic are a strong plus.
- Have an interest in Africa and its diverse markets and cultures and are eager to develop your knowledge of the region.
- Excel at building long-term business relationships and confidently lead commercial negotiations to drive growth.
- Combine strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy international travel, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
