Are you a senior D365 Engagement Manager with a track record of success delivering Dynamics or ERP implementations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
We are seeking a dynamic and client-centric Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery excellence, and aligning business value with client priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams.
### A Day in the Life:Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead executive and steering committee meetings.
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions to strategic priorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
- Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment.
- Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and project teams.
- Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful solution execution.
- Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business value realization.
- Support account planning, opportunity development, and proposal activities.
- Participate in discovery workshops, assessments, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to revenue growth and client retention strategies.
- Monitor engagement profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization.
- Manage contract compliance, scope management, and change requests.
- Ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives.
