We seek Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor | Leading Without Authority Training [USARC0019019] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Leading Without Authority Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Leading Without Authority Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
This role focuses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
Delivering leading-without-authority learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
The Leading Without Authority Training program develops the influence, relationship-building, and collaborative leadership skills needed to achieve results in environments where formal authority is limited or absent. Participants learn how to leverage credibility, expertise, communication, and strategic partnerships to gain support for initiatives, solve organizational challenges, and drive mission-focused outcomes. Through practical exercises, stakeholder engagement activities, and facilitated discussions, participants strengthen their ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and lead change across diverse teams and organizational structures.
Learning Objectives: Develop influence and persuasion skills; build stakeholder support; strengthen communication and negotiation capabilities; enhance relationship management; foster collaboration; lead initiatives without formal authority; and gain commitment to organizational goals and solutions.
