FP&A Assistant Manager (Fixed-term contract)

Job Description
Within the Finance team, your main mission will be to deliver accurate financial insights and support business decision‑making across the Asia region.
As part of a fixed-term contract, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of FP&A activities while contributing to financial planning, performance analysis and process improvement. You will act as a reliable partner to internal stakeholders, supporting the team during a key transition period.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports to support accurate and timely decision‑making
- Supporting financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting activities across the Asia region
- Analyzing variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and providing relevant insights to stakeholders
- Acting as a business partner by collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and support business performance
- Contributing to the optimization of financial processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supporting the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards
- Preparing presentations and financial materials for internal communication and management reviews
- Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of financial data
- Supporting ad hoc analysis and contributing to overall financial performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (daily working language)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, particularly during monthly closing periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, organized and solution‑oriented approach
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, M3 or Ivalua is a plus
