Optimal is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines sharp recruitment instincts with a genuine drive for business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, from sourcing top talent across multiple channels to delivering the right match for every client
- Guide clients through the entire hiring journey, from candidate presentation to offer and contract
- Nurture existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for collaboration
- Connect with potential clients through social media, events, and networking to support business development and explore new markets
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to budget planning and supplier relationship management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search, ideally in a consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid business development skills with a track record of client relationship management
- A deep sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Sharp organizational and reporting skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
