Job Description
The position is part of the Leadership Excellence team, within the Group Leadership Executive Management. In this key role, you will contribute to company’s global qualification and leadership development. By driving innovation, fostering collaboration across segments, and aligning initiatives with overarching business strategies, you will play a crucial part in strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring scalable organizational development.
As a Qualification Manager, you will be responsible for design and delivery of leadership development programs, cross-segment coordination, communication with the customers (leaders) and cooperation with stakeholders regarding the leadership development initiatives.
As an expert in qualification in Leadership Excellence team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan, design and deliver state-of the-art leadership and organisation development programs and formats for DT’s leaders across DT global footprint, with a focus on leadership and transformation and driving DT‘s strategic mission of becoming the Leading Digital Telco
- Partner closely with customers, stakeholders, and providers to define development programs and initiatives for growth
- Track and measure success of leadership development initiatives, prepare reports for stakeholders and work on further improvements through iterative processes
- Plan and prepare communications for the customers regarding leadership development programs and offerings and proactively promote the programs according to communication plan
- Promote and apply disruptive ways of thinking and innovative methods to embed leadership principles into development initiatives and events, strengthening the role of leaders as role models for an innovation-driven corporate culture
Qualifications
You hold a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or bring a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience.
In addition, you possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Expertise in leadership development, including planning and delivery of programs for executives, as well as knowledge of the latest HR trends and methods
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects, including reporting to stakeholders
- Proven experience in building strong collaborations with external partners to deliver impactful results within agreed timelines and budget parameters
- Strong operational excellence, with the ability to manage participant tracking, communications, training venues, post-program follow-ups, and coordination with various operational offices
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking, with a strong customer focus
- A team player who actively seeks collaboration and exchange with teams, partners, and providers
- Strong ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work
- Experience in applying design thinking or comparable methods in problem-solving and project work
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in event organisation would be considered an advantage
