Job Description
We are looking for Windows Engineer (End-user computing) to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that supports and develop the platform ensuring secure, compliant, stable and user-friendly device environments.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people are located in Silesian area and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice.
Responsibilities:
• Multi-platform device management:
Manage full device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using Intune, SCCM, and Jamf — including support for virtual desktop endpoints (AVD/VDI).
• Application lifecycle:
Handle the complete application lifecycle across platforms — packaging, deployment, updates and retirement.
• Device security and compliance:
Oversee that policies, access controls and core protections are correctly implemented across platforms.
• Print Management:
Work within enterprise print environments across customers, including drivers, queues and integration issues.
• Advanced support:
Deliver 2nd/3rd line troubleshooting, performing diagnostics and root cause analysis, and contribute to shift-left by enabling support teams with knowledge and clear documentation.
• Continuous Improvement:
Identify and drive improvement opportunities across platforms, streamline operational workflows and support standardization through automation and smarter configurations.

Qualifications
Relevant certification (recommended, not required)
Microsoft / Endpoint Management
- MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate
- ITIL® 4 Foundation
Packaging / Automation / Advanced Skills
- Windows Client (Exam MD-102 focus)
- Certified Application Packaging Specialist (CAPS)
- Jamf 100, 200, 300 and 400
Soft skills and work style

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages:
