Job Description
Core responsibility of this position is to manage and document Engineering changes for air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Scope of Change form to verify accuracy and completeness
- SAP Change Master Data attribute entries meet organization standards.
- Verify EC Approvers and assign downstream workflow approvers.
- Review of released part attributes for correctness.
- Verify drawing files are named correctly and located in correct SharePoint folder
- Move drawing and technical data to the correct file locations
- Process purchased part specification requests
- Update supplier database with technical data
- Update database with new and revised data
- Release information to suppliers for review
- Notify Procurement of purchase part specification change for quoting
- Create new materials in MDG
- Assist with process mapping, writing Work Instructions and writing procedures
- Assist with the implementation planning of EC from Design Engineering release to material activation.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree, mechanical, industrial.
- Air conditioning background desired
