We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with proven experience in B2B selling, who can turbocharge and drive the success of the Bolt for Business team for the Baltics. We need a superstar with a history of great results, who is excellent at hands-on team management and knows how to deliver growth in an already mature market.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

- <point>Leading a team of Sales Executives and helping them achieve their individual goals.</point>
- <point>Negotiating and closing bigger deals, leading the line for your market and working on medium to large enterprises, including B2B/B2G.</point>
- <point>Managing your own sales pipeline and building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities.</point>
- <point>Working closely with the Senior Country Sales Manager and sharing market feedback with our product team on Bolt for Business solutions and how we should develop them.</point>
- <point>Monitoring our competition and keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry.</point>
- <point>Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes, and ensuring we respond quickly by identifying and removing blockers.</point>
- <point>You are able to navigate uncertainty and mature markets, unlocking growth beyond the obvious opportunities. You find creative ways to engage untapped customer segments and convert previously uninterested customers by uncovering new use cases and value for their teams.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.</point>
- <point>You have at least 5 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong expertise in selling business services to SMEs and large clients, and a proven track record of managing the team, prospecting, closing, and understanding client needs.</point>
- <point>You have proven experience in managing a sales team and demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high performance.</point>
- <point>You are a CRM expert (ideally with Salesforce experience) who leverages data to optimize team performance. You analyze patterns and trends, translating insights into informed decisions and clear strategic recommendations.</point>
- <point>You are strong at both data usage and the ability to use and build reports, and making data-based decisions when driving sales results.</point>
- <point>You have the market knowledge and experience in generating leads with set priority targets.</point>
- <point>You communicate effectively in both English and Estonian, build strong networks, and develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point>
- <point>You are organized, process-driven, and have strong knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and techniques.</point>
- <point>B2G and B2B2C experience, as well as any of the indicated languages, Lithuanian/Latvian/Finnish/Norwegian, at full business proficiency, would be considered as a plus.</point>
