  • Create Memorable Experiences: Listen actively and confidently guide your guests in selecting their ideal room and package, presenting premium options with ease and using your sales expertise to tailor thoughtful, personalized recommendations that turn moments into lifelong memories
  • Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist), you’ll bring warmth and creativity to every conversation, personalizing your offers to provide your guests with unique and authentic experiences, all while infusing our hospitality with creativity and passion
  • Support Our Commitments: Champion our standards of sustainability and ethical hospitality by embodying our values in every interaction. Pioneering a new and innovative approach to hospitality

  • Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre, combined with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while offering personalized, efficient service for your guests
