The Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering a consistent marketing operational framework to the Partnerships team globally.
The Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager will work closely with peers in the Marketing/ Com/ Branding team, Channel Teams (CRM, Media, Product) and Partnership Managers to build a marketing framework that aligns to business goals both in the short term and to help drive longer term goals. This role is for operational marketers that have a strong bias for analytics in a changing marketing environment.
Your mission:
Branding Compliance
- Create, deliver and monitor partner-facing assets and ensure compliance with ALL Accor branding guidelines (identifiers, assets, endorsement) within the partners ecosystem
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with Partnerships Managers and Partners and Central Branding team to deliver a unified ALL Accor branding strategy within the partners ecosystem
Partner Marketing Operation & Support
- Monitor global Partnerships ICP (Asana,..) and corporate communication planning (PR, events, invitation) for the Partnerships team
- Maintain partner marketing operating framework up-to-date : marketing guidelines (branding, offers & campaign management), tool guidelines (AEM, TransPerfect, DAM,..)
- Ensure consistent partnerships showcasing, contents and tracking (photo, descriptions, CTA) across all ALL Accor touchpoints (APP & Web) and components (Content Fragment)
- Monitor marketing activations & offers in Luke to ensure ROI and profitable growth
- Animate Global partnerships community (Viva Engage/ ALL Partnerships) & maintain partnerships communication presentations up-to-date per vertical (showcasing kit, media kit & pitch deck)
- Leverage AI tool to facilitate campaign management and improve go-to-market processes
- Act as the contact point for Central & Regional Partnerships Managers on all requests regarding marketing operating guidelines and tools (access management) and ensure high quality response time (SLA)
Campaign Management
- Execute campaign management from planning and briefing to execution and reporting
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives leveraging both ALL Accor and partner channels (CRM, app, media)
Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs across all partnerships, focusing on enrollment, engagement, and OKRs contribution with partnerships product and channel owners teams
- Analyse campaign results to optimise strategy and improve ROI
- Present performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Monitor central partner marketing budget (cash & points) and accounting
Qualifications

Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree from a Business School in business and marketing
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a consultant in marketing or loyalty / marketing manager
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Asana, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Notion
- Qualification Expected
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- An overseas working experience is highly valued
