Job Description

  • Coordinate and ensure the quality of monthly reporting from subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review IFRS reporting packages
  • Assist in the implementation of central holding functions within the company's Group Accounting department
  • Provide professional and system-related support and advisory services to domestic and international subsidiaries
  • Manage and further develop consolidation processes, including consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS)
  • Establish and enhance group accounting and accounting policies, and maintain the group chart of accounts in SAP
  • Prepare and analyze specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS
  • Support post-acquisition integration processes and internal transformation projects

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on Finance/Accounting, or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian GAAP (UGB)
  • Solid practical experience in group accounting/consolidation and basic knowledge of international tax law
  • Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (especially SAP) is an advantage
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional thinking skills, with a solid understanding of financial and business interrelationships
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to change initiatives

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
