Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Masterplan & GTM Manager to lead the coordination of global marketing planning processes and ensure Go-To-Market excellence across the organization.
In this highly visible cross-functional role, you will drive alignment between Product & Experience, Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Commercial, and 360 teams to ensure seasonal priorities are translated into actionable plans and successfully executed worldwide.
Your Main Missions:
Masterplan Governance & Execution
• Own and coordinate the seasonal Masterplan process across regions and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional teams regarding Masterplan execution and readiness.
• Ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are planned, tracked, and delivered on time and at the expected quality level.
• Monitor seasonal priorities and assess alignment with strategic briefs and launch objectives.
• Review and challenge budget allocations across Masterplan initiatives.
• Consolidate regional requests for additional assets, local activations, and key account needs.
• Ensure consistent omnichannel execution across all markets.
Go-To-Market & 360 Process Leadership
• Act as the key interface between Marketing teams and the Salomon 360 organization.
• Ensure Marketing readiness at every stage of the Go-To-Market process.
• Represent marketing requirements and constraints throughout planning cycles.
• Facilitate milestone reviews, launch readiness assessments, and decision-making processes.
• Identify, anticipate, and escalate planning, resource, or capacity risks when needed.
Cross-Functional Facilitation & Alignment
• Coordinate interactions between Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams.
• Ensure alignment between briefs, deliverables, priorities, and launch timelines.
• Manage dependencies across functions and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
• Support teams in navigating complex planning cycles and organizational processes.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Drive improvements to planning methodologies, governance, and internal marketing processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
• Promote best practices and contribute to the evolution of Salomon’s Go-To-Market operating model.

Dans ce rôle transverse à forte visibilité, vous assurerez l’alignement entre les équipes Produit, Marketing Global, Régions et Commercial afin de garantir une exécution cohérente et efficace des priorités saisonnières sur tous les marchés.
Vos principales missions :
• Piloter le Masterplan marketing global et coordonner son exécution avec les régions.
• Garantir la bonne planification et livraison des campagnes, assets et livrables marketing.
• Évaluer la préparation des lancements et l’alignement avec les briefs stratégiques.
• Coordonner les besoins régionaux et les activations spécifiques aux marchés.
• Être l’interface principale entre les équipes Marketing et l’organisation 360.
• Garantir la préparation marketing à chaque étape du processus Go-To-Market.
• Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes Produit, Marketing, Commerciales et Régionales.
• Identifier les risques de planification, de ressources ou de capacité et proposer des solutions.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus marketing et de lancement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Go-To-Market, or related functions.
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects in international environments.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate successfully in matrix organizations.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, driving change, and continuously improving ways of working.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
Profil recherché :
• 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en marketing, gestion de projet, Go-To-Market ou fonctions similaires.
• Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets transverses complexes en environnement international.
• Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en organisation.
• Forte capacité à influencer et fédérer des interlocuteurs variés.
• Aisance dans les organisations matricielles et multiculturelles.
• Esprit stratégique associé à une forte orientation exécution.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et animation de groupes de travail.
• Solides capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
• Capacité à accompagner le changement et à améliorer les processus existants.
• Anglais courant indispensable.
