Allied Experts is hiring Entry-Level Skilled Trades Technicians to join our Weatherization team. This opportunity offers hands-on training and a path to develop practical skills in home performance, energy efficiency, insulation, air sealing, and residential improvement work.

About the Position
Weatherization Technicians perform hands-on work that helps make customers’ homes more comfortable, efficient, and energy-conscious.
Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with insulation and air-sealing projects
- Preparing homes and work areas before installation
- Using hand tools and equipment safely
- Working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas
- Protecting customers’ homes and maintaining a clean work area
- Following company procedures and safety requirements
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Supporting crew leaders and experienced technicians
What We Are Looking For
- Interest in starting or continuing a skilled-trades career
- Willingness to learn through hands-on training
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical and active work
- Comfort working in different residential environments
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid and clean driver’s license
Experience in construction, insulation, HVAC, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, roofing, warehouse work, moving, or other labor-intensive positions may be helpful, but candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
