About the Role

The CT Valley Team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a sales-focused position responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with property owners, negotiating purchase agreements, and acquiring properties.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to confidently navigate conversations with homeowners. You'll spend time both generating opportunities through outbound outreach and meeting with motivated sellers to evaluate properties and close deals.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their situation and evaluate potential acquisitions
  • Build trust and rapport with sellers throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and overcome objections
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct in-person appointments and property visits as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed acquisition and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments
  • Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $30,000 per year
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000โ€“$120,000+ annually
