Realty World Curri Properties is seeking a high-energy leader to help recruit, develop, and support our growing team of real estate professionals.
This is not an administrative position. You’ll focus on what matters most—building relationships, coaching agents, driving growth, and helping create an exceptional culture.
Best of all, you’ll have the support of a dedicated Office Administrator and full-time Social Media Director, allowing you to focus on leadership rather than day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements

Recruit and attract talented agents
Coach, mentor, and support agent growth
Help new agents launch successfully
Create accountability and drive performance
Build strong relationships inside and outside the company
Lead team meetings, trainings, and recruiting events
Help shape a positive, productive company culture
What We’re Looking For
Leadership, sales, recruiting, or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Natural motivator who enjoys helping others succeed
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
No real estate license required

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
Expected earnings: $90,000–$110,000+ annually
