We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business units
- Understanding of banking products and processes
- Basic understanding of APIs and IT architecture
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience in process modeling and documentation using BPMN, Draw.io, MS Visio, Bizagi, and ForceBPM
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, structured, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
