The Role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial reporting, drive analytical insight, and spearhead finance transformation across our group entities. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our finance function, with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

• Own preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements across group entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycles
• Lead the group-wide budgeting and forecasting process
• Oversee cash flow management to support day-to-day business operations

Analysis & Insight

• Analyse financial data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities - translating outputs into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

Finance Transformation

• Lead finance transformation projects, including the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows
• Drive standardisation, automation, and reporting consistency across the group
• Build a best-practice finance function with scalable processes and systems

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency — written and verbal
• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or Tech
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA, CPA or CFA is a plus
• Proven ability to lead finance projects and strategic initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen; can connect numbers to business outcomes
• Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with finance systems implementation or optimisation 
• Self-starter with strong accountability and project management skills
• Collaborative — builds partnerships across cross-functional teams
• Experience in a multinational or scaleup environment is a plus
