Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary F&B Marketing Manager to join our organization in Cairo, Egypt. This is a business-driving role with direct impact on food and beverage revenue and profitability. You will take full responsibility for marketing and branding all F&B outlets, ensuring strong market positioning, sustained occupancy, and revenue growth. As a key strategic leader, you will have the mandate to influence decision-making across product development, pricing, promotions, events, and brand positioning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and elevate a compelling F&B brand while collaborating closely with operations teams and external partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all F&B outlets, defining the unique positioning and role of each concept within the portfolio
- Create and manage 360-degree campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, events, brand collaborations, and traditional advertising
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic promotional activities, traffic generation, and seasonal campaign planning (holidays, special events, themed brunches)
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, conversion optimization, and revenue management initiatives with F&B leadership
- Produce compelling content and storytelling that builds a strong, cohesive F&B brand identity and communicates the emotional experience of each outlet
- Monitor campaign performance, traffic metrics, paid online activities, and ROI; translate data insights into actionable business decisions
- Work collaboratively with F&B management and culinary teams to influence menu storytelling, guest experience, and operational offerings
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality execution and cost efficiency
- Stay informed on gastronomy trends, local market dynamics, and competitive positioning within Cairo's F&B landscape
- Support the development of brand guidelines, collateral materials, and visual assets that reflect premium positioning and local market preferences
Qualifications
- Proven experience in F&B marketing, ideally from a luxury hotel, premium restaurant group, or lifestyle marketing agency
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable business impact on revenue and occupancy
- Strong hands-on experience creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and building brand narratives
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media management, online advertising, and analytics platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the F&B industry, dining experiences, and the ability to translate culinary concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Familiarity with gastronomy trends and the luxury/premium market segment
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent Arabic language proficiency
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Egyptian F&B market, local consumer behavior, and regional media landscape (preferred)
- Experience with event marketing and experiential activations (preferred)
