Affiliate Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to help scale our affiliate campaigns through influencers and content creators. You will work closely with KOLs, manage affiliate tracking, and drive performance for client campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard influencers, affiliates, and publishers to join the AnyMind affiliate platform.

• Identify micro and macro influencers, as well as content creators, with strong affiliate potential.

• Partner with the business development team to propose affiliate-based marketing solutions for client campaigns.

• Set up campaign tracking, referral links, and performance KPIs across platforms.

• Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures to maximize ROI.

• Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize based on conversions, traffic, and CTR.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end campaign execution.

• Provide insights and reports on campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, supporting them with creative assets, briefs, and incentive schemes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management.

• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools (UTM, Bitly, GA4, etc.), and performance marketing strategies.

• Passionate about digital media, social platforms, and influencer trends.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• A confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
