INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery is searching for an outgoing and enthusiastic F&B Trainee who can bring our INK story to life for our guests. The Script

At PRESSROOM, our vibrant restaurant encompasses two unique outlets: our restaurant and cocktail bar. Here, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service to both hotel guests and local patrons during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for inquiries about restaurant availability.

• Address guest complaints and reviews, collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

• Utilize our operating system to accurately register purchases.

• Serve as the first contact for external guests making reservations.

• Support various projects assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

Do you fit our vision? We’re seeking a candidate who:

• Has excellent English skills; other languages are a plus!

• Is creative, proactive, and flexible.

• Is currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or tourism education.

• Is looking for an internship starting February/March '26.

• Is available to work both weekdays and weekends, 38 hours per week.

• Can commit to at least 5 months.
