Senior Product Manager

Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team, focused on content moderation and marketplace integrity. You will own the product vision and execution for systems that detect, review, and act on policy-violating content across our platforms. You will work at the intersection of operations, data science, and engineering to build scalable, ML-powered solutions that keep our marketplaces safe and trustworthy for millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for content moderation and trust & safety tooling

• Work closely with Data Scientists to identify use cases for ML models, help create training datasets, and evaluate model performance

• Partner with operational teams — including customer care, content moderation operations, and external BPO vendors — to understand workflows and build tools that make them more effective

• Translate complex trust & safety problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions

• Define success metrics and track the impact of moderation systems on platform health

• Stay ahead of emerging abuse patterns and evolving content moderation best practices

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or a closely related domain (at platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Vinted, Google, or similar marketplaces)

• Hands-on experience working with Data Scientists on ML-powered products — including creating training datasets and evaluating model performance

• Ability to identify when and how ML/AI can be applied to solve operational and product challenges

• Experience working with operational teams such as customer care, moderation ops, or external BPO/vendor partners

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data

• Experience with content moderation tooling is a plus

Seniority

We are open to two profiles for this role: a mid-level PM with direct trust & safety or content moderation domain experience, or a senior PM without domain experience but with a strong track record in data/ML products and operational complexity.
