Life Guard & Swimming Coash AY2026-2027

Egypt Education Platform is looking for a vigilant and skilled Lifeguard & Swimming Coach to ensure the safety of swimmers and provide high-quality swimming instruction. This role is essential in promoting water safety and developing swimming skills among learners of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas to ensure the safety of all participants and respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, tailoring instruction to different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach swimming techniques, water safety skills, and promote healthy and confident swimming habits.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Ensure swimming facilities and equipment are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support swimmers’ development and safety.
• Stay current with lifesaving techniques, first aid, and swimming coaching best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Certification as a professional Lifeguard and Swimming Coach (e.g., from recognized bodies such as the Red Cross or equivalent).
• Proven experience in lifeguarding and swimming instruction.
• Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and build confidence in swimmers of varying ages and abilities.
• Physical fitness and attentiveness essential for surveillance and emergency situations.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and professional development.
