School Nurse

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of School Nurse for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS - TBS (The British School Al Rehab). We seek a dedicated and skilled educator to join our dynamic team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
• Assess and manage illnesses and injuries during the school day.
• Maintain accurate medical records and student health files.
• Administer medications in accordance with school policies.
• Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Promote health awareness and support a safe and healthy school environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding students' health needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Ministry of Health regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
