Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for Instrumentation elements (tagged items and bulk material), quantities for cost and erection works estimates:

• Providing technical input during the project bidding phase including: Specification Reviews, Drawing Reviews, Instrumentation Selection and Request for Quotation
• Defining engineering design basis and guidelines Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications, data sheets, installation specifications and drawings, BOQs and MTOs
• Preparing the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions and prepare, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations
• Optimizing Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
• Supporting site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in the same or similar positions.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
• Experience with industrial electrical and automation
• Knowledge of Atex, electrical drawing packages (preferably EPLAN 8)

Compensation

•Basic wage component (gross): 48000 euros per year

•This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
