Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The person will be responsible for leading the operations and delivery of IT Business Applications which involves identifying, developing, and implementing software solutions.  This will include working with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to support process effectiveness and efficiencies.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end business applications, driving enterprise solutions across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics domains.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Managers/Directors and VPs to define business systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend cost-effective solutions to address inefficiencies and risks.
  • Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.
  • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
  • Collaborate and provide inputs to the development team during development phase to meet the business needs.
  • Conduct QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
  • Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.
  • Coordinate with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Follow the Intuitive change management process. Analyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscape
  • Mentor team members, conduct peer reviews, and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 12 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications
  • Strong experience in OTC processes starting with order intake, plant determination, pricing calculations and order fulfilment with integration points with billing, revenue and inter-company.
  • Strong experience in Logistics processes supporting STO, warehouse management, transportation, shipping, and delivery tracking.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/WM/IM) and other SAP cross-functional experience in MM, PP&SD
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of SAP Modules: SD and MM
  • Exposure to SAP S4 HANA and Fiori applications is preferred.
  • Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • Ability to guide team members and mentor them as needed.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
