About the role:
The Revenue Operations Specialist - Channel ensures smooth and efficient operations within our global partner ecosystem. This role is critical in supporting Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and Distributors by resolving technical and process-related issues, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence that contributes to revenue growth. By ensuring operational efficiency and resolving technical challenges, you will play a key role in strengthening partner relationships and enabling revenue growth across our global distribution network.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Manage and answer tickets across accounting, billing, technical integrations, marketplace issues, licensing, provisioning, CRM updates, product inquiries, renewals, and order cancellations.
- Coordinate order troubleshooting with DEV and Product Management teams to resolve complex system or process issues.
- Build and maintain promotion profiles in COP and update expiring promotions.
- Track and approve Ingram MPO2CNT requests within Connect platform.
- Manage manual order requests from platforms and process MSP move requests.
- Monitor order errors, duplicate order notifications, and credit requests through completion.
- Handle Ingram off-marketplace invoicing queries and pull usage reports.
- Update opportunities redirected through distribution.
- Perform root cause analysis with development and technical teams.
- Train new Level 1 Associates on standard Channel processes.
- Proficient in referencing reports in Power BI and generating reports from CRM.
- Update existing process documentation or field reference guides.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience in software product and/or project management; exposure to managing release cycles
- Experience in coordination and operational support
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- English needs to be used as a working language; fluent in oral and written English with good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and drive for problem-solving
- Impeccable organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated in a teamwork context
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of a CRM Database preferred (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Amenable to work night shift
