About the role:
As a Revenue Operations Associate - Channel, you will need to have a deep understanding of AvePoint’s Channel business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Track and monitor the scope of distributor releases each quarter.
- Compute distributor pricing for each product.
- Submit CRM SKU creation requests and request SKU codes from distributors.
- Maintain and update master price files, CMP master files, and SKU availability files.
- Integrate SKUs into managed CMP platforms.
- Communicate with vendors regarding listing updates and publishing processes.
- Respond to tickets related to misconfigurations, failed orders, and login issues using standard playbooks.
- Gather marketing content for quarterly releases and post updates in distributor Teams channels.
- Escalate non-standard or complex tickets to higher levels.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years professional experience or equivalent
- Basic CRM navigation and data entry.
- Understanding of marketplace listing and SKU management processes.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
