Tehtävän kuvaus
Etsimme osaavaa ja motivoitunutta Microsoft 365 -konsulttia liittymään tiimiimme. Tässä roolissa toimit asiantuntijana Microsoft 365 -ratkaisujen käyttöönotossa, räätälöinnissä ja käyttäjätuen parissa. Työtehtäviisi kuuluu asiakkaiden liiketoimintatarpeiden ymmärtäminen, teknisten ratkaisujen suunnittelu sekä koulutusten ja ohjeistusten tarjoaminen sujuvan käyttöönoton varmistamiseksi.
Vastuualueet
- Microsoft 365 -palveluiden konsultointi ja käyttöönotto
- Käyttäjien koulutus ja tekninen tuki
- Ratkaisujen räätälöinti vastaamaan asiakkaiden tarpeita
- Yhteistyö eri sidosryhmien kanssa projektien onnistumiseksi
- Jatkuva Microsoft 365 -ympäristön kehittäminen ja optimointi
