Belmont Lavan Ltd söker en driven och erfaren Manager Finance Transformation med expertis inom Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) för att leda våra kunders finansiella transformationsprojekt. I denna nyckelroll kommer du att ansvara för att planera, styra och leverera omfattande förändringsinitiativ som moderniserar och optimerar finansfunktioner med hjälp av D365-plattformen. Du kommer att samarbeta intensivt med ledningsgrupper, finansiella team och IT-avdelningar för att säkerställa att lösningarna uppfyller affärsbehov och bidrar till långsiktig konkurrenskraft.
Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att definiera transformationsstrategier, leda projektteam, övervaka implementationer samt driva adoptation och utbildning för att säkerställa maximal effekt av nya system och processer.
Requirements
- Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda finansiella transformationsprojekt med fokus på Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance och Supply Chain.
- Djup förståelse för finansiella processer såsom redovisning, planering, rapportering och controllning.
- Stark projektledningsförmåga med dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda komplexa IT- och affärsprojekt.
- Förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta effektivt med olika intressenter på alla nivåer inom organisationer.
- Beprövad erfarenhet av förändringsledning och processoptimering.
- Relevant högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi, IT, teknik eller likvärdigt.
- Certifieringar inom D365 Finance eller projektledning är meriterande.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
