Job Description
- Drive business development and account management across Corporate, MICE, Wholesale, Inbound and Leisure segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Promote Accor brands, products and services to maximise revenue and market share.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, networking events and trade shows.
- Negotiate contracts, rates and terms in line with hotel revenue and profitability objectives.
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and industry partners.
- Work collaboratively with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve hotel objectives.
- Maintain accurate client records, account plans, forecasts and sales reports within approved systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel and Accor professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards
Qualifications
- Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales, business development or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/PMS systems.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Must possess unrestricted Australian work rights and be legally entitled to work in Austral
