Job Description
As a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance across hotels in the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio through effective pricing, inventory management and strategic analysis, including:
- Managing day-to-day pricing and inventory.
- Identifying trends and developing short, medium and long-term strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analysing and quoting group business in line with brand and property strategies.
- Maximising room revenue, RevPAR and RGI performance against the competitive set.
- Preparing forecasts, budgets and end-of-month performance reporting.
- Leading Revenue Meetings to identify opportunities and implement strategies to optimise results.
- Partnering with General Managers, Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams to maximise hotel performance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Revenue Management role.
- Multi-property experience is preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to deliver results and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple channels.
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to achieve shared commercial objectives.
- Experience with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageous, but not essential.
