Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving exceptional coffee, tea, and beverages 
• Take orders & process payments while providing friendly, heartfelt service 
• Showcase your organization skills and attention to detail 
• Ensure teammates and all guests feel a sense of belonging
• Create high-quality, delicious, artistic coffee creations 
• Embrace a varied role by assisting across all Food & Beverage outlets, from crafting great coffee to providing outstanding floor service
• Recommend food and beverage options with confidence
• Go above and beyond to make every guest feels welcome

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

• Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
• Understanding of coffee equipment, grinder settings, and daily machine setup/cleaning
• Willingness to work across different areas of Food & Beverage and support the team as required
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• RSA (required) & Barista certification (highly regarded)
• A commitment to providing hospitality from the heart
