Associate Project Manager - Part time

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team. You will work alongside senior project managers to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure the smooth delivery of key initiatives. This role requires a blend of traditional project management skills and digital workplace expertise—specifically in UX/UI design principles and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.

• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients.

• Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks.

• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Resource Support: Help coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to review user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensure that project deliverables meet user-centric design standards and accessibility guidelines.

• SharePoint & Power Automate: Build and maintain project sites, document libraries, and automated workflows using SharePoint Online and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
