Logistics and Warehouse Process Owner (9 month contract)

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager with full responsibility for warehouse and logistics processes in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on process ownership, continuous improvement, and active involvement in ERP implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize logistics and warehouse processes (process ownership & improvement)
• Manage key activities including:
  • Material replenishment for production
  • Inbound and outbound processing
  • Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics flows
• Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365)
• Work closely with production, supply chain, and IT teams
• Support system go-live and stabilization activities

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/warehouse management within manufacturing
• Experience working on ERP implementation related projects
• Strong experience in material management and replenishment processes
• Hands-on, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with D365
