Senior Recruiter

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing UK business. You'll work fully remotely from South Africa, managing a busy desk across multiple functions and delivering quality hires at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines simultaneously
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards
• Conduct structured competency-based interviews and provide detailed assessments
• Partner with senior hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions at speed
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R28,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
