Senior Data Analyst

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis and reporting for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll own the analytics function, mentor junior analysts, and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex analytical reports and dashboards
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
• Mentor junior analysts and set standards for data quality and documentation

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of data analysis experience with a strong track record of business impact
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis
• Expert-level knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills
• Reliable fibre internet and a dedicated home workspace

• Salary: R33,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
