Sales Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a remote sales team for a UK-based business. You'll set strategy, coach your team, manage the pipeline, and ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to hit monthly and quarterly targets
• Set individual KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
• Report on sales performance to senior leadership with forecasts and recommendations
• Develop and refine sales processes, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong coaching ability and experience developing sales talent
• Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R30,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
