Remote Recruitment is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations for a UK-based organisation. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll ensure operational excellence, lead process improvements, and manage a team to deliver consistently high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions to ensure efficiency and quality
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of operations staff, setting clear goals and KPIs
- Report on operational performance metrics to senior leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in a service-based business
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace
What's on Offer
- Salary: R32,000 per month
- Full-time, permanent remote position
- Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
