Remote Recruitment is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll build deep relationships, retain revenue, and identify strategic growth opportunities across your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship with a defined portfolio of key accounts
- Conduct strategic account reviews and develop account growth plans
- Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities
- Resolve escalated client issues quickly and professionally
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to deliver for clients
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of key account management or strategic sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of growing and retaining major accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
What's on Offer
- Salary: R30,000 per month
- Full-time, permanent remote position
- Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
