In addition to working closely with our customers, we also have our own products that we build and develop for various fields in society. From enabling healthcare professionals to spend more valuable time with their patients to providing data for professional athletes to achieve even better results, we make all that possible. With us you can be part of advancing societies through purposeful technology and make your mark on the health and wellbeing of people.

About the role

As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in developing our offerings in health informatics, information architecture, and digital transformation. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare processes.

You will act as a bridge between healthcare operations, archival functions, system managers, and other stakeholders, with the goal of ensuring that healthcare information is accurate, accessible, and preserved over the long term.

A key part of the role is to support regions, authorities, and healthcare providers in information management, information structuring, and archiving of healthcare information. You will work with the entire information lifecycle—from creation and use to preservation, disposal, and transfer to e-archives.

While we've listed several skills and experiences that we believe would be beneficial for this role, please don't be discouraged if you don't tick every box.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, mapping, and modeling healthcare information based on business needs, regulations, and national standards.
  • Conducting information inventories in preparation for system decommissioning and deliveries to e-archives.
  • Analyzing databases and data models to identify information content, metadata, relationships, and preservation values.
  • Mapping health data from one source to another.
  • Designing and reviewing submission specifications for the transfer of information to e-archives in accordance with applicable standards and archival requirements.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have experience from the healthcare sector and a solid understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with digitalization, information management, and regulation-driven information handling.

You are analytical, structured, and responsible. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with other specialists. You communicate easily with both business representatives and technical experts and are able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

  • Experience in analyzing and structuring health data.
  • Knowledge of information standards such as OpenEHR, HL7 FHIR, or equivalent.
  • Experience with terminologies and classifications such as SNOMED CT and ICD-10.
  • Experience working with e-archives, data extraction, data migration, or system decommissioning.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious Experience

  • Clinical experience from the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in developing or reviewing submission specifications for e-archives.
  • Experience in requirements management, business analysis, or project management.
  • Experience working with electronic health record systems or other healthcare-related IT systems.

What’s in it for you?

With us you will be part of the important and meaningful work of developing healthcare for all of us. You have an important mission to make a difference that really matters.
